Made of high-purity PFA raw materials, high-purity PFA connectors are used in the high-purity semiconductor industry and are also suitable for ultra-pure liquids or corrosive chemical liquid applications. The product's sealing connection performance is highly reliable, the liquid retention area is extremely small, and it can effectively cope with lateral loads and liquid circuit vibration scenarios.
Excellent chemical resistance, temperature resistance of 260°C, high flexibility and bending resistance, low friction coefficient, good weather resistance, long-term outdoor use, excellent anti-stick properties, the inner wall of the tube is not easy to adhere to, and high transparency, making it easy to observe the internal fluid condition. New PFA or Super PFA has high purity and is suitable for use with high-purity chemicals.

The NV-01 series ultra-pure PFA needle valve is specially developed to handle high-purity corrosive chemical liquids and gases. The design uses an injection molded high-purity PFA valve body and stem as the only wetted parts. The stem sealing area is precision machined to ensure a smooth and consistent rotation feel.
The D-SG series PFA nitrogen gun is specially developed for high-purity semiconductor applications. It is designed with an injection-molded ultra-clean PFA body, a precision-machined sealing area, and a patented diaphragm and valve core. It has smooth and flexible movements, extremely low dead angles, and provides reliable sealing performance while having a long service life.
The process wafer boat is suitable for transferring wafers between processes, and can be used with the wafer boat box to store and transport wafers. The product size conforms to the mainstream specifications in the industry and can also be customized according to customer requirements.
